Martin Tremblay secured victory at the AB Darts Open, a WDF Bronze-ranked tournament held last weekend in Quebec, Canada.
The Canadian ace delivered an impressive performance en route to the title, ultimately defeating Shane Sakchekapo 5-1 in the final. Tremblay averaged 86.67 in the decider, clinching his first WDF ranking title in eight years.
On his way to glory, Tremblay overcame Jason Milks, Clint Clarkson, and Emyr Thomas before dominating the final against Sakchekapo.
In the women's competition, Maria Carli emerged victorious, claiming the title after a series of commanding performances. She defeated Cathy Scharf-Matthews, Angela Aucoin, and Kayla Smith to secure the championship.
