Wesley Plaisier left an indelible impression at the Dutch Darts Open on Saturday. During the opening day of the singles tournament, he managed to throw averages of 121.86 and 107.36.
The 121.86 average came about in his second match against Richard Versluis. Thanks to a 140 score and a 134 score, Plaisier managed to win the first leg with a 13-darter.
Then the Dutch darter started the second leg with two 180 scores. A nine-darter was not forthcoming, but Plaisier did take the second leg with a 10-darter. The 33-year-old Dutchman then opened the third leg with a 180 and finally finished the match with a 14-darter.
