The World Seniors Darts Tour (WSDT) announced, after the success of the first World Seniors Darts Championship, that it will also organise a World Seniors Masters at the end of May (27-29).
The event will be played at Lakeside and features a field of twenty players. Sixteen wildcards have already been handed out, including to former world champions Phil Taylor, Martin Adams and John Part. Also the senior world champion Robert Thornton is participating.

The organisation also announced that darts fans can decide who will get the next wildcard. For this election Paul Lim, Peter Manley, Peter Evison, Chris Mason, Larry Butler, Co Stompé and John Walton have been selected.
The general public can vote for their favourite. The player with the most votes on Wednesday 23 February at 19:00 GMT, will get the next invitation. Voting can be done here.
