BDO co-founder and former chairman, Sam Hawkins has passed away in the early hours of Wednesday announced after he was previously hospitalised on New Years Eve following a heart attack.
As well as holding the role of Chairman temporarily, he held several positions in the BDO including Honorary President. One of the other main founders, Olly Croft, passed away in November 2019.
