James Richardson, champion of the first iteration of the Remote Darts League is top of the second edition after remaining unbeaten on Monday night.
Richardson began his night with a 6-0 whitewash with a brilliant 102 average against Laura Turner and despite then drawing 5-5 with Justin Thompson, he returned for a 6-0 whitewash of David Cameron where he hit 101 to conclude proceedings.
He is now on eleven points in the league after five wins and a draw. Number two Paul Hogan is also without defeat. Hogan has four wins and also has drawn twice.
In the first phase of the Remote Darts League which sees twenty evenings, all participants play against each other once. Four players are involved per night, with each player completing three matches. Matches are best of 10 legs, so a 5-5 draw is possible.
After twenty days of action, the top four in the league will advance to the playoffs, which are scheduled for Monday, June 8.
