Corey Cadby is the King in Wigan as he has won his first PDC ranking title with victory over Rob Cross in the final with the Australian coming back from 4-1 down to win 6-4 against the World Champion.

Cadby has won his first title before even Rob Cross did in his first year on the tour in only his second weekend as a professional dart player. For Cross though he will be frustrated but Cadby found a second gear in the second half of the match which made him unstoppable and brought him the title.

This was seen with ‘The King’ averaging a mental 117.42 to win five consecutive legs breaking the throw of Cross on two separate occasions with 161 and 134 checkouts with 11,13,12, 16 and 12 darters to win those legs.

This means as well he will be in the third round automatically at Minehead and one of the top seeds at the tournament known as The FA Cup of Darts.
