In the Eissporthalle in Frankfurt the twelfth edition of the World Cup of Darts will take place. The only tournament of the PDC where the team is more important than the individual. The best two players of each country form a couple and battle it out for the World Cup of Darts.

England is represented by Michael Smith and James Wade, Gerwyn Price and Jonny Clayton play for Wales and Danny Noppert forms a duo with Dirk van Duijvenbode for the first time. The defending champion is Scotland with World Champion Peter Wright and John Henderson.
