Littler defeated Tavis Dudeney, Leighton Bennett and finally Henry Coates 6-4 to claim the title at the Europa Point in Gibraltar.
It forms part of a multi day event with the Junior World Cup Teams Event on Tuesday, MVG Masters Open today and the JDC Junior World Darts Championship Finals to conclude proceedings.
Based off the initial evidence, Littler will be one of the favourites going into that season ender which will culminate with the usual World final at the Alexandra Palace.
