Leonard Gates miscounts his own age he started darts: "I know the year 1994, let's see I was born in 1970, Maybe 28"

Leonard Gates appeared in action last week at the Modus Super Series. There he was asked some interesting questions.

Gates has already won two tournaments on the World Seniors Darts Tour this year, so time for a closer look. Known for occasional discounts he even miscounted his age he started darts.

"I don't know the age but I know the year. 1994, let's see I was born in 1970. Maybe 28," says the 52-year-old American.

"I'd have to say Mo Vaughn (on sporting idol)."

'The Soulger' hopes to use darts to pad his bank account a bit. "I'd probably buy a boat," he laughs. About his ideal evening he doesn't have to think long. "Kicking back, sipping on a drink. Maybe the movie The Hunt for Red October."

Family comes first for Gates. "I would have to say my mother (on what he couldn't live without). Unfortunately I don't have her anymore."
