Players Championship 23 produced some massive averages from the likes of Rob Cross and Gerwyn Price but it also smashed a record as a result.
This event has the most 100+ averages in Players Championship history; with the new mark being 43 compared to 35.
Interestingly enough all but two are from 2019 which in itself shows the increasing standard on the PDC ProTour.
With it improving further, it will likely be broken once again before the end of the year.
