Anderson through to Grand Slam semi-final after convincing win over Unterbuchner

Gary Anderson is through to the semi-finals at the Grand Slam of Darts in Wolverhampton. 'The Flying Scotsman' booked a convincing 16-6 victory over Michael Unterbuchner.

Unterbuchner was able to keep pace with Anderson in the first session, even took a 2-1 lead at the start. At 2-2, the Scotsman won four legs on the spin to lead 6-2. The difference of four legs was maintained for a moment (8-4) before the two-time world champion won four successive legs again.
Anderson dropped only two more legs in the remainder of the match. The world number four finished the game in the 22nd leg with a 14-dart leg on double 1.
