The Police Master’s saw Toon Greebe make his second final of the weekend in Poland, however the Dutch thrower couldn’t quite overcome Mark Blandford.
The Welshman took his first title of the 2018/2019 BDO season with a 6-4 win. Belgium’s Mario Vandenbogaerde and Poland’s Krzysztof Kciuk both suffered losses in the semi-final stages.
England’s Deta Hedman was back to winning ways as she won the Police Masters with a 5-1 win over the Czech Republic’s Anna Hlavova. Karolina Podgorska reached her second semi-final of the weekend before Hedman stayed her chances of a win on home soil. Hlavova progressed through to the semi-finals with a win over Lorena Hofert of Germany.
