The evening session of Day 1 of the German Darts Grand Prix in Munich is complete with Stephen Bunting, Jonny Clayton & Yordi Meeuwisse the last 3 names through to Round 2.

‘The Bullet’ whitewashed Goedl who impressed on his Euro Tour debut but couldn’t hit any doubles and against Bunting who is in form it meant a big win for the St Helens ace.
Clayton survived match darts against Rene Berndt as the German took it to a decider but it is the Ferret who makes it through to Round 2 with a 93 average nearly ten more than his opponent.
Finally there was a big shock with Yordi ‘Magic’ Meeuwisse coming from 5-2 down to defeat Adrian Lewis 6-5 in a deciding leg dumping the 2x World Champion out at the first round stage.
It was a 94 average from the Dutchman who gets one of the biggest wins of his career so far.
