Rob Cross secured a point in a closely fought contest with Raymond van Barneveld last night which means he takes a step closer to the O2 in his debut season; this also effectively ended 'Barney's campaign.

There were four 180's a piece but it was 67% on the doubles from 'Voltage' that brought him a well-fought point. Cross spoke afterwards and admitted it wasn't the best game.
For him also he believes he still has a huge job to do next week in his pursuit of a play-off spot.
"It wasn't the best game tonight, from both of us, but darts is a funny game sometimes," said Cross.
"I've still got a job to do and I can't afford to lose my next two games. I'm not bothered where I finish in the top four as long as I make the Play-Offs."
