The Euro Tour kicks off again this weekend with the European Darts Open 2018 from Leverkusen. Peter Wright is the defending champion having won the event 12 months ago.

Both Wright and the player he defeated 12 months ago in the final, Mervyn King, are back and are both seeded players for the European Darts Open.
Michael van Gerwen is the number one seed of course. The seeded players face a tough test though with the likes of Adrian Lewis, James Wade and the debuting Luke Humphries, Jamie Hughes and Cameron Menzies all involved as qualifiers.
There are still West/South Europe and Host Nation Qualifiers to be decided with a further twelve players to come from there. Marco Kantele and Tytus Kanik came through the Nordic and Baltic and Eastern Europe Qualifiers respectively.
