Jeffrey de Zwaan caused one of the biggest debut shocks in the history of the World Matchplay as he dumped out Michael van Gerwen, the tournament favourite and world number one for the second time in a major this year.

De Zwaan spoke afterwards and admitted he is absolutely over the moon; but has the hunger to cause another shock on Tuesday as he faces Adrian Lewis in round two.
For the Black Cobra, he has said that this is a marker of his hard work ultimately paying off as well.
"I am absolutely over the moon with this win," said De Zwaan, who was 68th in the rankings before his win against MVG.
"I always believe in myself, I said to myself 'why can't I beat Michael?' I know I am good enough to do it.
"Everything has come together for me recently, I'm practicing hard every day and now it is paying off.
"I'm looking forward to playing Adrian on Tuesday and I want to cause another upset."
