Dobey makes debut in top 32 after main PDC Order of Merit updated following Players Championship double header

Chris Dobey makes his debut in the top 32 of the PDC Order of Merit after the latest Players Championship double header in Barnsley with 'Hollywood' continuing his progression.
Dobey did so by reaching the Quarter-Finals on Sunday losing out to one of the stars of the day in Robert Thornton who enjoyed a resurgence.
Jamie Lewis and Max Hopp also experienced rises to new all-time ranking positions over the weekend with Hopp in particular reaching the final on Sunday.
Lewis rises up to 25th while Hopp is up to 26th position and barring that there have been no more main ranking switches over the weekend.

- The semi finals are so one sided nowadays. Bunting and Dobey had their final in the quarters and simply had no interest once they got behind and gave up., yet both will be whining for premier league places. Earning enough to keep the rankings is more important to most players.
