Brendan Dolan claimed another great win towards the back end of last week against Mervyn King to confirm a first time Last 16 spot.

Dolan spoke to DartsNews.com afterwards and said that despite it being a good quarter he knows that if he turns up he wins.
‘The one thing is that I’m in the Last 16 and as far as I’m concerned, I have to be at the next man, whoever it is. I don’t see any benefit of ones better than the other, ones worse than the other.’
‘If Brendan Dolan turns up, Brendan Dolan will win,’ said the History Maker.
On whether he sees his old form returning he admits it’s not that it’s his old attitude coming back and that he’s now starting to put the effort in again.
‘I don’t see my old form returning, I see my old attitude returning.’
He added: ‘Now I’m putting the effort in, I have something to back my belief. When you put the effort in, it will pay off.’
