De Zwaan edged out Mario Robbe in a last-leg decider in the final round. Robbe had the throw in the 11th leg, but the Dutchman hit a superb 12-dart leg to qualify for the European Darts Grand Prix. De Zwaan also proved too strong for Toni Alcinas and Jelle Klaasen, while he averaged over 108 in his second match against Klaasen.

European Tour debut after overcoming compatriot Vincent Kamphuis.
Raymond van Barneveld missed out on qualification after losing to Dimitri van den Bergh in his final. The Belgian took out 138 in the tenth leg to claim a 6-4 win over the five-time world champion. Krzysztof Ratajski and Madars Razma also secured their places for the European Darts Grand Prix.
