Durrant defeats Waites after comeback, Adams out after losing second game

Glen Durrant has won his first match at the 2018 Finder Darts Masters on Saturday afternoon after producing a comeback against Scott Waites.

The two-time Lakeside champion was 1-4 down to Waites, but won four legs on the spin to edge out 'Scotty 2 Hotty'. Durrant faces Gary Robson later on Saturday, with the winner of this match advances to the final day at the Finder Darts Masters.
Martin Adams will not return on Sunday, as 'Wolfie' lost to Chris Landman. Richard Veenstra booked a 5-2 victory over Dean Reynolds and meets compatriot Wesley Harms on Saturday evening for a place in the quarter-finals.
