Trina Gulliver reached the semi finals at Lakeside as the ten-time world champion beat Aileen de Graaf on Thursday afternoon.
Gulliver dropped only one leg to book her place in the semi finals for a 15th time at Frimley Green. With Sharon Prins losing to Deta Hedman earlier on the day and Anastasia Dobromyslova beating Anca Zijlstra, there is no Dutch lady left in the tournament.
The Golden Girl's consistency was key in her win over the second seed. Having averaged 77.53 in set one, her three-dart score increased nominally to 77.74 in set two. De Graaf struggled with her doubles, missing a whopping 91 per cent of her attempts.
Gulliver will take on Dobromyslova or Lorraine Winstanley in the semi final. Hedman is going to meet the winner of the game between Lisa Ashton and Fallon Sherrock.
