Daryl Gurney ended his Premier League run with his 8th draw of the season against Peter Wright to end his play-off hopes with him needing a miracle even if he would have won.

Instead of being downbeat about it though, ‘Superchin’ spoke about the Premier League as being a positive experience.
He admitted he started slowly but can’t complain as he’s played in front of the best crowds with the best players.
“It’s definitely been a positive campaign for me,” said Gurney.
“I started off slowly because I was too nervous for the first five or six weeks but I’ve played better since Judgement Night.
“I can’t complain, I’ve played against the best players in the world, in front of the best crowds in the world – what else can you ask for as a darts player?”
