Ahead of the Grand Slam Of Darts kicking off today, we take a look at the highest averages in the history of the tournament.
Phil Taylor has hit 3 out of the top five averages on the list with the highest being 114.65.
In between him is the highest BDO effort in the form of Geert de Vos who hit 113.86.
Gary Anderson rounds out that top five with 111.80 followed by 111.79 also from the Flying Scotsman.
Michael van Gerwen only had three efforts on the list. His highest being 111.17 followed by 111.05.
Also on the list includes James Wade, Ronald Scholten and Adrian Lewis.

- It happens. Remember, anyone who has watched German and Dutch players in matches - their respective countries will have seen/heard just as bad jeering (if not worse). - Was watching an old World Masters final the other day between Eric Bristow and John Lowe, the crowd respect for both players on throw was first class, not a sound. You can imagine now the idiots who were whistling on De Deckers throw proudly boasting about it on social media. I even turned to my husband and said "Could you imagine this happening if Russ Bray was the referee tonight? At least there would have been a crowd admonishment- Ladies and Gentleman please."
