Jonny Clayton stuns Rob Cross to make first major final in Minehead

Jonny Clayton is into his first ever major final in Minehead. 'The Ferret' who previously won on the Players Championship series this year continues his brilliant year by making his first final and will play the winner of Michael van Gerwen vs Justin Pipe in the second semi-final.
He defeated the heavily fancied Rob Cross in the semi-final in a stunning display which saw him win 11-8. He averaged 95.5 and hit four 180's in the win and will dare to dream about lifting his first major title at the end of the night but the winner of the second semi especially MVG will have something to say about that. For Cross it is another major semi-final but with him being number 1 seed he must be gutted about not reaching a second major final.
