Jurjen van der Velde won the second NDB Ranking event of this season with a 4-2 win over Wesley Hurrebrink in the final. This title continues Jurjen’s impressive year as he added to his recent Winmau World Masters Boys and WDF Europe Cup Boys titles.
In the Girls youth event, Jurjen’s sister Rosanna van der Velde was the 3-2 winner of an exciting final against Lerena Rietbergen. Meanwhile Pim van Bijnen took the U14’s title as he defeated Karsten Boelens 3-0.
Maik Kuivenhoven defeated Niels Zonneveld 2-1 in sets to take the men’s A title, whilst Jurrit van Essen took the defeated John Nagelhout 4-1 to take the men’s B top prize. Reigning NDB ranking Champion Sharon Prins lifted the ladies title against in an extremely tight final with Anita van der Velden, Prins triumphing 5-4 in that encounter.
