'Massive win for me' - Gurney after win vs Wright

Daryl Gurney made it through to yet another World Series semi-final defeating World Number 3 Peter Wright in Perth 10-4 to set up a clash with Raymond van Barneveld and a potential final against Gary Anderson a player who Superchin has been beating a lot. An astonishing stat of his match with Wright was his finishing which was 16/20 for the tournament and he spoke about that as well as opponent after the match.
"The finishing was brilliant again today, my scoring wasn't as good as it normally is but if I finish like that I'll take some stopping," Said Gurney.
'Superchin' who seemed imperious on the doubles also added in the interview, "I didn't quite get the practice I would have liked today, so to go out and play like that is really pleasing,
"Peter is one of the best in the world so that is a massive win for me."
