Mitchell, McGeeney and Williams win first match at Finder Darts Masters, O'Shea out after second loss

Scott Mitchell and Jim Williams both won their first match at the Finder Darts Masters. Tony O'Shea crashed out after losing his second game on Saturday afternoon.

Williams edged out Jeffrey van Egdom 5-4 to set up a deciding match against Jeffrey Sparidaans on Saturday night. Mitchell defeated Daniel Day 5-3 and will meet Wouter Vaes for a place in the quarter-finals.
Tony O'Shea was not able to recover from his loss from Friday evening against Conan Whitehead. 'Silverback' lost 5-2 to Willem Mandigers, who now plays Whitehead on Saturday evening for the first place in Group H.
Mark McGeeney overcame Michael Unterbuchner 5-4, which means the German is eliminated. Aileen de Graaf beat Sharon Prins 4-2 and plays Lisa Ashton for a place in the ladies final.
