PDC Challenge Tour 3 Update: Gilding, Hamilton and Edhouse into Quarter-Finals

The third PDC Challenge Tour event of the weekend is into the Quarter-Finals with the likes of Andrew Gilding, Ritchie Edhouse and Andy Hamilton moving into the latter stages in Wigan.

Gilding saw off Stefaan Deprez 5-4 to move through as he aims to bounce back from not claiming his Tour Card at the recent UK Q-School.
A win today would surely mean entry to most Players Championship events at least at the start of the year so for a player like Gilding, it could be a season-changing day.
This can be said as well for Andy Hamilton who defied a 170 checkout from John Part to edge out the former multiple time World Champion 5-4.
Also through include the likes of Dennis Nilsson, Jeffrey de Graaf and Scott Taylor. As a result we are set for a thrilling conclusion in Wigan.
