The next leg of the PDC European Tour takes us to Munich for the German Darts Grand Prix.

Kicking things off on Saturday afternoon at Zenith are a pair of UK qualifiers. Ritchie Edhouse achieved a first PDC stage semi-final in the European Tour last year, at the Dutch Darts Championship. He'd love a repeat in Germany, but must first get past Brendan Dolan. The shows that the Northern Irishman desperately needs ranking money. The German Darts Grand Prix seems like the ideal place to start. Ted Evetts' darts education continues, with SuperTed going up against Mark Wilson. Then Arron Monk returns to European Tour action, against a man who has experienced an even longer hiatus. Marko Puls was last on the European stage in 2016, but he's back and will have the German faithful on his side. Magnus Caris is the German Darts Grand Prix's Nordic & Baltic representative. The Swede takes on Keegan Brown, who thrilled everyone last time out at the German Darts Championship. Following on from that game is another all-UK clash, as Scot Mark Barilli faces English thrower Ross Smith. The winner takes on a potentially vulnerable Peter Wright. Jyhan Artut's big European Tour return didn't go so well. But rather than dwelling, the former face of German darts is back for another crack. The Eagle will seek to inflict pain on Josh Payne in round one. Then Diogo Portela is back in the limelight, facing Eastern European qualifier Karel Sedlacek. Second seed Ian White awaits the victor on Sunday. The last game includes the highest-ranked player taking part in the afternoon. World number 23 Kyle Anderson, a semi-finalist at the European Championships in 2017, hasn't been in top nick for a while. A German Darts Grand Prix run could do him the world of good. That being said, Daryl Gurney awaiting in the second round isn't a good sign. Anderson won't make it to Sunday if his opponent has anything to do with it. Münch hits München, as famous Adrian Lewis slayer Kevin Münch seeks another big scalp. for more information about the PDC European Tour, including the format, calendar and the prize fund breakdown.
