Gerwyn Price reached his sixth televised quarter-final of the season on Saturday evening. 'The Iceman' defeated Dave Chisnall 10-5 in the second round of the European Championship.
Price took a 4-3 lead after seven legs, and then the match was a one-way traffic in favor of the Welshman. He extended his lead to 8-3 with two bullseye finishes (90 and 126).
Chisnall reduced the deficit with two legs, but Price once again hit 'Chizzy' with a 70 checkout. The International Darts Open champion hit a stunning 86 finish to confirm his place in the quarter-finals of the European Championship.

- Was watching an old World Masters final the other day between Eric Bristow and John Lowe, the crowd respect for both players on throw was first class, not a sound. You can imagine now the idiots who were whistling on De Deckers throw proudly boasting about it on social media.
