PDC’s top players team up with celebrities for 2nd Promi-Darts World Championship

The second edition of the Promi-Darts World Championships will be played in Düsseldorf on this evening. In this exhibition tournament, some top darters pair with a number of German celebrities.
Michael van Gerwen and former goalkeeper Tim Wiese won the Promi-Darts title last year and are there again this year to defend their title. Raymond van Barneveld forms a duo with singer H.P. Baxxter, while the brand new world champion Rob Cross gets the German model Fernanda Brandao at his side.
Olympic gymnast Champion Fabian Hambüchen is the teammate of Gary Anderson. Phil Taylor plays with star chef Frank Rosin, while Peter Wright forms a duo with presenter Ruth Moschner.
Finally, there are also two completely German teams. Max Hopp connects with former footballer Stefan Effenberg. Martin Schindler and vlogger Marcel Scorpion complete the participants field.
