Provisional entry list for UK Q School released: At least 15 Lakeside competitors confirm PDC Tour Card attempt
The provisional entry list for the 2019 UK Q School has been released. During this event players have the chance to earn a PDC Tour Card for the 2019 and 2020 seasons.
Amongst the entries are a few players who lost their PDC Tour Card after 2018. Players like Jamie Caven, Andrew Gilding, Robbie Green, Kevin Painter and John Part are all trying to win their Tour Card back at the Q School.
There are also some BDO names on the list. Fifteen of the provisional participants at the UK Q School, played at Lakeside last week. They are trying to make a switch from the British Darts Organisation (BDO) to the Professional Darts Corporation PDC ). Dartsnews reported earlier this month that non-British Lakeside participants have received dispensation and can play at the UK Q School.
David Cameron, Daniel Day, Glen Durrant, Mark McGeeney, Mark McGrath, Kyle McKinstry, Wes Newton, Dean Reynolds, Scott Waites, Conan Whitehead and Jim Williams are all on the entry list. Female players Lisa Ashton, Fallon Sherrock, Deta Hedman en Corrine Hammond are also trying to win of the coveted PDC Tour Cards.
