The first round is complete on the final day of 2019 PDC UK Q-School with the likes of Glen Durrant, Jim Williams and Conan Whitehead all through their first tests.
Durrant averaged 88 in a whitewash win to start his day at Q-School while Whitehead saw off Curtis Hammond 5-0 with an 89 average.
Williams averaged 87 in his 5-1 win to start the day improving on yesterday when he couldn’t add to his points total due to losing to Andy Boulton early doors.
Stephen Burton and James Kempster have both exited out in Round One which is great news for the aforementioned players.
This means unless most of the players below them in the Order of Merit don’t add any points, they will not claim Tour Cards.

- It happens. Remember, anyone who has watched German and Dutch players in matches - their respective countries will have seen/heard just as bad jeering (if not worse). - Was watching an old World Masters final the other day between Eric Bristow and John Lowe, the crowd respect for both players on throw was first class, not a sound. You can imagine now the idiots who were whistling on De Deckers throw proudly boasting about it on social media. I even turned to my husband and said "Could you imagine this happening if Russ Bray was the referee tonight? At least there would have been a crowd admonishment- Ladies and Gentleman please."
