The semi-finals of the 12th Players Championship have been decided with 2 of the best floor players and 2 players who are returning to form in the last four.
Peter Wright the top seed today will face a resurgent Brendan Dolan who saw off his fellow Northern Irishman, Mickey Mansell 6-4. Dolan a former top ten player will be eyeing his first Players Championship in some time.
In the other semi-final, it sees a winner on the tour this year Ian a White who will face Josh Payne a winner on the Players Championship a few years back. He has been returning to some brilliant form.

- It happens. Remember, anyone who has watched German and Dutch players in matches - their respective countries will have seen/heard just as bad jeering (if not worse). - Was watching an old World Masters final the other day between Eric Bristow and John Lowe, the crowd respect for both players on throw was first class, not a sound. You can imagine now the idiots who were whistling on De Deckers throw proudly boasting about it on social media. I even turned to my husband and said "Could you imagine this happening if Russ Bray was the referee tonight? At least there would have been a crowd admonishment- Ladies and Gentleman please."
