All-Scottish Players Championship 3 final: Anderson plays Wright

Peter Wright was the first player to make it through to the final. Snakebite beat Jeffrey de Graaf 6-3. The Dutchman notched up successive checkouts of 141 and 136 as the pair shared the first four legs. But the world number two burst clear, managing a 144 finish on the way. De Graaf got one leg back, but the Scottish star prevailed with a 97.1 average.
World Cup team-mate Gary Anderson booked his final spot, defeating Jamie Lewis by the same scoreline. The Flying Scotsman continued the magnificent form that saw him whitewash world champion Rob Cross. His average of 109.7 was too much for the World Championship semi-finalist to match. Anderson fired in two 180s, a 177 and a 171, as well as a 113 checkout. The world number four will be looking to win two competitions in as many weeks, after becoming UK Open champion in Minehead.
