Michael Smith has pulled off a sensational victory over Gary Anderson to win through to his first Premier League final where he will take on Michael van Gerwen shortly.
In a match billed as the master vs the apprentice, it was the apprentice that came out on top with the 'Bully Boy' living up the performances that he has shown throughout the competition and making a first major televised final in the process.
This was shown with 8x 180s, a 120 checkout as well as a 98 average and despite his understandable emotion after beating his mentor, Smith will be hoping to compose himself fully now to take on a red hot World Number One.
