Suljovic speaks after claiming first World Series title: ‘It’s a great feeling for me’

Mensur Suljovic claimed his second TV title last night defeating Dimitri van den Bergh in the final. This came after a long day of darting action with The Gentle showing his experience to beat Robert Marijanovic, Rob Cross, Peter Wright and finally Van den Bergh.

Suljovic spoke afterwards and said it is a great feeling for him and he’s really happy. He did heap praise on his opponent though calling him a brilliant player.
"It's a great feeling for me and I'm really happy," said Suljovic. "Dimitri is a brilliant player and it was a long day, but I did well.
"The crowd was brilliant and to win this tournament makes me so happy. People have been playing really well against me recently but I had a good feeling and it was a great day."
