Day 3 of UK Q-School has come to a close with former World Youth Champion Arron Monk and George Killington gaining their tour cards leaving a lot of big names in the field tomorrow fighting it out for the remaining 2 tour cards by right and the Order of Merit cards.

A 5-2 win over Callum Loose, 5-3 over Mark Pritchard, a close shave with a 5-4 win over Antony Darlow, 5-3 win over Cameron Menzies, another close win over Matthew Edgar 5-4, a 5-0 win over Lewis Pride and then a win over Lee Evans 5-2 to win his card and now Monk will return to the tour after having a poor couple of years including a ban from the DRA and now has his card back and will be hoping to push on and recapture some of his past form.
George Killington who joined him is a Development Tour player and a former winner 4 years ago but nonetheless is a surprise name as was the man who he defeated, Gary Eastwood who he beat 5-3 to win his card. He defeated former major champion Colin Lloyd 5-3, 5-1 over Craig Quinn, 5-2 then over Dean Winstanley, 5-3 over Trevor Burkhill, 5-1 over Dawson Murschell then 5-4 over Darren Beveridge before he got his card.
