Van den Bergh continues brilliant run by reaching maiden World Series final

Dimitri van den Bergh has continued his brilliant run in Gelsenkirchen by slaying Gary Anderson to reach the final and potentially if Mensur Suljovic can defeat Peter Wright mean a first time World Series winner.

No matter what happens though, the winner will be winning their first title of the year and in the case of Van den Bergh his first title overall in senior PDC darts.
He defeated Anderson 8-7 in a deciding leg with a 92.47 average, 5 180's and 53% on the doubles which despite him averaging less than his opponent could have been the difference.
Van den Bergh did everything at the right time with a timely 124 to make it 7-7 and an 11 darter to win the match which meant a final for the Dreammaker.
