Van Gerwen ahead of clash with Cross in Dublin: ‘If I play my best game I will win’

Michael van Gerwen will continue his Premier League title assault tonight as he takes on Rob Cross in Dublin.
‘Mighty Mike’ lauded praise on his opponent but said that he knows if he plays his best game he will win. “Rob has made a good start to the Premier League, he is always a dangerous player but I know that if I play my best game I will win,” said Van Gerwen. “I'm happy with how my game is going at the moment, I'm doing what I need to at the key moments and I'm not making too many mistakes. "I enjoy playing in the Premier League, it gives me a good target to fight for points week after week.
