Michael van Gerwen has done it again and has won another European Tour title by claiming the Austrian Darts Open in Graz for the third time.

He was facing Ian White for a second week running and it was a lot closer this time out.
It went to a last leg decider but Van Gerwen has shown himself to be imperious in these and he won the final leg with ease.
‘Diamond’ showed himself to not be lying down against MVG as he took an early lead of 3-1. This was capped off with a 138 checkout.
He missed darts to further his lead though and it was 3-3 soon after.
Van Gerwen then took the lead at 4-3 up but White kept pace to make it 4-4.
MVG claimed a timely break to make it 7-5 though but White didn’t panic and he pulled it back to 7-7.
As alluded to though, Van Gerwen doesn’t fold in last legs and he smashed his way to the title.
