Van Gerwen disappointed after Brisbane Darts Masters loss to Cross: “I can only blame myself”

Michael van Gerwen lost to Rob Cross in the final of the Brisbane Darts Masters with Cross coming back from 6-4 down to claim the win.
Understandably Van Gerwen was disappointed admitting he had chances to get in front which he didn’t take.
Despite that he says he had an amazing trip and thanked the fans for their support.
“I can only blame myself tonight, I had chances to get further in front and didn’t take them.
“You can’t do that against players like Rob and I’m disappointed tonight but it’s been another amazing trip and I thank everyone who supported me.”
