Michael van Gerwen is through to the Quarter-Finals of the PDC World Darts Championship as he goes one match away from setting up a tie with Gary Anderson.

He hit a blistering 108 average on the way to a 4-1 win over Adrian Lewis. Van Gerwen surged to a two-nil set lead but Lewis dragged himself back to two-one. For the rest of the match it was close but ultimately MVG finished the job.
