Michael Smith claimed the Shanghai Darts Masters title, his first TV title but while he lifted the trophy he injured himself.
Smith defeated Rob Cross in a demolition job as he showed why he is known as the ‘Bully Boy’.
He has finally shown why he is known as one of the best players in the world in seeing off both Cross and Van Gerwen on the way.
