Smith claims first TV title defeating Cross in Shanghai Darts Masters

Michael Smith has won a TV title for the first time after seeing off Rob Cross 8-2 in a dominant display at the Shanghai Darts Masters after seeing off Michael van Gerwen previously.
Smith hit a 97 average with three 180’s as he denies Cross a first TV title since his World Championship triumph.
It has been a historic day for the Bully Boy who has gone from reach a first World Series semi-final to claiming a first title.
