Wade and Noppert to contest second semi-final in Sindelfingen

We have our semi-final line up confirmed in Sindelfingen with Michael van Gerwen and Michael Smith contesting the first one shortly and then it's the turn of James Wade and Danny Noppert meaning there will be an unseeded player in the final.

Noppert made his first PDC semi-final with a 6-5 win over Joe Cullen. He hit a 91.09 average with 2 180's but only hit 27% on his doubles which could have been his downfall but he got over the line.
Wade his opponent hit a 90 average with 1 maximum and a 24% checkout rate as he eventually saw off Simon Whitlock. It was a typical Machine performance of doing just enough and he will hope that can take him to the title.
