Whitlock after reaching final at German Darts Grand Prix: “I’m really happy to have a good run”

Simon Whitlock reached the final of the German Darts Grand Prix losing out in the end to Michael van Gerwen.

Whitlock spoke after losing out to Mighty Mike and said that he was too strong but that he was pleased to have a run after a poor start to the year. “I’m really happy to have a good run,” said Whitlock. “Michael was too strong in the final but after a poor start to the year it was great for me to get to there. “I played some good stuff at important times over the weekend and feel like this can really kick-start my season.” for more information about the PDC European Tour, including the format, calendar and the prize fund breakdown.
