Day 3 of the Winmau
World Masters takes place today with both sides of the draw nearing their conclusion, the Mens' draw has given some great ties to see who will get to the semi-finals with Mark McGeeney vs Martin Phillips two of the best in the
BDO starting off, James Hurrell will face unseeded German, Gabriel Clemens.
The last two games include Jim Williams who will want to continue his good form against another man who is similar with both men wanting to win their first BDO World Trophy and in the final game, the defending champion Glen Durrant remains but will face a tough test in 'The Polish Eagle' Krzyzstof Ratajski who will want to back up a great year on PDC's Euro Tour and end his run in the BDO with a major title.
On the womens' side, 2 of the favourites still remain but after casualties in the form of Fallon Sherrock & Lisa Ashton in particular and on the stage, Trina Gulliver and Deta Hedman but Corrine Hammond and Lorraine Winstanley remain who are on a collision course to meet in the final if they can get through Sarah Roberts who knocked out Hedman and Wright who knocked out Gulliver.
Day Three will see the tournament played to a finish and the Champions crowned and events will kick off on Eurosport with the Ladies Semi Finals and the Men's Quarter Finals.
