Peter Wright and Rob Cross ended the first night of Premier League action in Newcastle in a stablemate.

Wright had to come from 3-1 down and nearly claimed the win in the end but ‘Voltage’ got over the line to claim a share of the spoils.
Both played well in a high quality affair with both achieving ton plus averages showing that despite their respective form issues as of late, the game is still there.
Cross started off by gaining an instant break of throw hitting double eighteen but Wright pegged him back.
He got into the lead though like alluded to but from there Wright pinned the bullseye in an 88 checkout to go into the lead himself.
After that, Cross levelled up at 5-5 but ‘Snakebite’ made sure of a point landing double four.
It ended up a draw though with Wright not able to claim the win.
