Cole keeps lead in MODUS League after unbeaten day for Jenkins

Jarred Cole has kept his lead in the MODUS Online Live League after the second day of action took place on Tuesday.

It was an unbeaten day though for Andy Jenkins who managed to win all five matches against Fallon Sherrock (4-2), Colin Osborne (4-3), Scott Baker (4-2), Jarred Cole (4-3) and Richard North (4-1).

Jenkins is now on fourteen points, the same as Jarred Cole but behind on leg difference and he enters the final day as leader.

While the winner moves through, those who finish second and third, they will return in the evenings on Thursday and Friday to do battle with Rob Collins, Jason Askew and Joe Davis.

The top two move through with the same being said for Thursday and Friday morning. Joining Stephen Burton, Josh McCarthy and Mike Gillet are the players who are ranked fourth, fifth and sixth in the initial group. The victor overall on Saturday will join Martin Adams and Scott Marsh in Champions Week.

Unlike the first edition of the MODUS League in 2020, the games will not be played online via a webcam connection, but at a location in Southampton, England. The matches can be followed via the Online Darts YouTube channel.
